Carropasajero

The sound of metal creaks as if about to break. An old flatbed truck adapted to carry passengers crosses the desert of La Guajira in Colombia.

With the wind come voices that blend among the passengers. A Wayúu woman returns to her territory, accompanied by her family, after years of exile due to a paramilitary massacre. Carropasajero is a cyclical journey where the layers of time of the territory touch and the boundary between the living and the dead dissolves.
